Chair, Discussant and Author at the ISA Annual Conference 2022
This year, I had the great pleasure of participating actively on three panels at the International Studies Association (ISA) Annual Conference. This is usually the largest annual event in the field of international studies and it attracts scholars from around the globe to present their state-of-the-art research. It is also the most highly regarded one, with hundreds of panels involving highly esteemed experts from almost all countries.
In addition to presenting two papers on Latin American regional integration, I was also privileged to chair a session, themed “Regional Cooperation and Rivalry”. It has already become apparent that the global order is undergoing a transformation which encourages stronger bonds between regional clusters of states, which makes the topic of our panel very timely and important.
Many thanks to the organizing team who were, as always, brilliant. I look forward to supporting and participating in ISA conferences in the coming years!
