New Business Podcast Hosted by Dr. Ivo Ganchev Launches on Major Chinese News Agency
Dr. Ivo Ganchev is the creator and host of The Branding Boardroom, a new podcast which launched on 10 May in China and is scheduled to launch globally on May 15.
The podcast hosts discussions about brand strategy and the way it should be understood, formulated and implemented by senior corporate decision-makers. Its guests range from prominent CEOs to accomplished academics and thought leaders. New episodes will be released biweekly.
The Branding Boardroom is co-produced by Dr. Ivo Ganchev and TopBrand Union, where he serves as a Global Partner. Its executive producer is Prof. Wang Yong, Chairman of the Board at the company.
Through an exclusive media partnership, the first episode of the podcast has already reached hundreds of thousands of listeners in China. It is exclusively distributed there by Economic View (经纬), the business and economy bureau of the second largest news agency in China (after Xinhua), China News Service.
On the debut episode of The Branding Boardroom, Dr. Ivo Ganchev interviews the world-renowned Martin Roll at length about his career as a global business strategist, senior advisor and facilitator to Fortune 100 companies.
The show includes personal stories from Martin’s career, tips for developing a strong personal brand and an extensive discussion about the rise of Asian brands as well as the best global practices that they are successfully adopting. Martin has extensive experience working with Asian firms and family-owned businesses as well as family offices. He advises clients on strategy, transformation, leadership and family business topics.
During his 25+ years of board & C-suite counselling career, Martin has served on various global boards and has been a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company. He is a Distinguished Fellow at INSEAD and has taught at leading business schools, including INSEAD, CEIBS and Nanyang Business School. Martin is also a frequent guest lecturer at ESSEC, IE Business School, Wharton and Harvard, among other schools. His books include the global bestseller “Asian Brand Strategy” (2015) and “The Future of Branding” (2016). He is currently finalizing two upcoming books, “Family Business Strategy” and “Family Office Strategy”.
